Boat Trips Cancun Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any excursion with us. By booking an excursion with Boat Trips Cancun, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy:
General Cancellation:

100% Refund: If canceled up until 24 hours before the excursion.
No Refund: If canceled less than 24 hours before the excursion.
100% Refund: If Boat Trips Cancun cancels due to weather.
50% Refund: If the client cancels due to weather concerns within 24 hours before the excursion.

Excursion Terms:

Excursions are subject to changes without notice (e.g., timing, itineraries, and pricing).
Descriptions and schedules are approximate and may change.
Excursion participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the crew.
Boat Trips Cancun reserves the right to refuse service to any participant under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the excursion.
Any damages to the vessel or equipment caused by negligence will be charged to the responsible party.

Weather-Related Policy:

Excursions run rain or shine.
Boat Trips Cancun may cancel for safety reasons due to weather.
In case of cancellation, alternative arrangements will be made, but no refunds apply.

Liability Waiver:

By participating in any excursion, you agree to release Boat Trips Cancun, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for personal injuries, loss, or damage of personal belongings.
Participants are responsible for securing their personal items during the excursion.
Boat Trips Cancun is not responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur due to participant negligence.

Health and Safety:

Participants should disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to booking.
Pregnant women and individuals with certain medical conditions should consult with their doctor before participating in any excursions.
Boat Trips Cancun provides life jackets and other necessary safety equipment for all participants.
Additional Notes for Private Tours:

Dock Fee and Transportation:
Dock fees and transportation are not included for private tours. Clients are responsible for these additional costs.
